Jonathan's 12th Marathon. Jon returned to Boston to run and FINISH the Boston Marathon 2014 after his race was cut short by the attacks in 2013. Jonathan ran with coaches Kevin Morrissey and Vincent Del-Cid and finished in 4 hours 46 minutes and 36 minutes.

Jonathan's 9th Marathon. Through all the terror and chaos in Boston, Jonathan ran his race. He and his coaches were 3/4 of a mile away from the Finish Line when the bombs blew. Thankfully they were diverted just in time to avoid the chaos on the last stretch to the Finish Line down Boylston St. Jonathan is blissfully unaware of the seriousness of that tragedy and has not been traumatized by an unbelievably tragic situation.

I got to carry the Olympic Torch and light the Olympic flame to officially start the Special Olympics! So much Fun! This is where it all began. On Nov. 2, 2008 Jonathan finished his very first marathon! Undeniably strong, in 4 hours 49 minutes and 32 seconds, Jonathan pushed his body and mind to complete 26.2 miles through all 5 boroughs of NY! Au-mazing!

Brothers Verlaine, Jonathan and Oliver created Team Jonathan. Team Jonathan was the top fundraising team for this charity race "4 Miles of Hope" Team Jonathan was made up of 13 members and raised over 5,500 $ for Autism Speaks!

Yurbuds Contest Grand Prize Winner

In the summer of 2012, The sports headphones company YURBUDS held the #BEYONDTHEWALL Photo Contest. With 7,596 votes, Jonathan won the grand prize!!! He beat 2nd place by 400 votes and 3rd place by over 6,000 votes! He (his family) sent his wonderful coaches Vincent and Suzanne to Hawaii to see the Ironman World Championships. The 2nd part of the grand prize was Jonathan's photo up on the Geoffrey Tron in Times Square for 3 months (July - Sept. 2012). Absolutely Amazing!!!!

Jonathan's 3rd Marathon. Jonathan and his coaches ran well through all 5 boroughs on a beautiful crisp day in NYC. Jonathan raised money for the charity Autism Speaks and finished the race in 4 hours 10 minutes and 8 seconds. Coaches Vincent Coach Darlene Ritchie ran with Jonathan all the way!

Jonathan's 8th Marathon. 90 Degree Weather. 1500 runners hospitalized 500 runners dropped out of the race. Jonathan never gave up and with the help of his amazing coaches, he willed himself to the Finish Line! Jonathan's performance in this marathon propelled him to win the Yurbuds #BEYONDTHEWALL Contest and Jonathan's face on a billboard in NYC!!

Autism Speaks Miles 4 Hope Run

In Central Park, 5,103 runners celebrated the first Autism Speaks 4 Miles of Hope Race! It was a success in every respect, as participants and spectators got to witness new course records, kids' races, special celebrity guest appearances, and of course some very inspiring athletes. Jimmy Fallon made a special appearance to start the race and he ran with us!

Jonathan's 11th Marathon. Jonathan and his awesome team of Achilles coaches braved a very cold and windy day to fight through all 5 Boroughs of Manhattan! 4 hours 23 minutes 14 seconds

Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics. Jonathan Brunot and some amazing police officers braved the rainy conditions to complete the 8.75 mile leg of the Torch Run Relay.
